When you say the files you were trying to import were "too big", do you mean the resolution of the movie (1280x720, 720x480, etc.) or the length of the movie? Also, 3.0.4a (aka 3.0.4.1) is the latest version. You should be using that, as there may

Only the particles for the particle illusion SE version will work in Combustion. What you downloaded is based on the PI3 engine, where as Combustion is only compatible with PI2/PI SE version. -Eric

Actually, Alan, I did try saving it as a Quicktime file in the eMac. But QuickTime in Windows said that the file was in a format that Quicktime didn't understand. Strange. The sequence that I saved in tga did show up with the correct .tga extensio

Why aren't you saving it as a QuickTime movie in iMovie instead? The Mac versions of particleIllusion support QuickTime movies. Are the TGA files being saved with a .TGA extension? Alan. www.wondertouch.com
