Unfortunately you can't directly access individual vertices (points) on lines/curves/shapes...even though seemingly EVERYBODY (including me) asks Adobe for it!
But, all is not lost.
You can use the Effect > Generate > Beam effect instead.

Try BCC Witness Protection filter. It may do exactly what you are looking for. Otherwise, use Pixel Chooser for cropping/masking and apply built-in Motion Tracker to Pixel Chooser region. See an example here:

However, if reshooting is out of the question, just stabilize your shot (if you're using CS5.5, these instructions are for using the legacy stabilizer).

If it's not a lot of zoom, you could counter it by scaling the video up as the camera zooms out. If it's a lot of zoom, most likely you will start to lose resolution proportionally as you scale the shot up.

Well, the way around it is to manually create keyframes but it's hard to get it as smooth as a motion tracker would. Over time you'll pick up the tools you need. At least now you know what to look for. | | | | |
