You can do a smoothed stabilize with the bundled mocha AE and the mocha Import plug-in from Mamoworld:

1. You using Mocha for AE right ? Not Mocha pro v2 or Mocha Pro V3 ? Not trial version ?
Because trial is only capable of exporting 10 frames if i remember correctly.

The AE tracker is pretty poor for shots with large motion.
Do you have CS5?
If you do, have a go with Mocha (comes with AE CS5 iirc) - it's a planar tracker so instead of tracking a point, it tracks an area inside a mask. It can track perspective c | | | | |

Hmmm, without Mocha I think that would be tough. Notice how even though the guy didn't move, his chest muscle did?
