The monitor is tell HDLink Pro that it's preferred frame rate for 1920x1080 is 60Hz so HDLink sends that to it.

We currently support 2048x1556 which is full 2K resolution over a single 3Gb/s SDI connection.
If you send this output to a HDLink Pro, then you'll be able to send it to the 30" Display.

This is because the monitor is reporting 60Hz as the preferred framerate via EDID with HDLink Pro and that's why HDLink Pro is sending it. There's currently no way to over-ride this.
