I had the same issue as soon as I loaded Eyeon Fusion 5.3 on vista 64bit with bootcamp. Its the drivers that bootcamp tries to load go download the windows drivers and the red X will be gone. | | | | |

Problem solved, The vista 64 was running under bootcamp. I was having problems installing the driver for windows beacuse the settings in the HVX-200 menu was not switched to USB.
