I upgraded to Windows 7 and everything seemed to be going smoothly; even DVD Workshop recognized my .wav files again... only to find out that nothing else worked correctly.

Adobe Encore CS3 or CS4 work nicely, must purchase Premiere to get it though. Ulead offers a consumer Blu-ray solution, I think it's called "Movie Factory", check their website. Sonic also has solutions

Development on DVD Workshop 2 seems to have ended quite a while ago. Other offerings from Ulead do support Blu-ray, but DVDWS 2 is DVD only.
