Outdoors you want HMI lighting, but that sucks up a lot of power. It will require a generator. As I understand it, there's a certan Honda generator that's pretty quiet, seems popular. You might try the Joker Bug series of HMI lights.

You might try Digital Juice (http://www.digitaljuice.com). They have some great sfx packages and free software for searching and converting the clips before you use them. If you watch the sales, you can get each package for $99.

One way is to do this a la carte thru Sounddogs.com, as you need each sound, instead of buying an entire package where you may never use 90 percent of what's on there.

Actually you can, you would need duplicate the track with your body, use the Pan/Crop tool to mask yourself out on the top clip. Now add a glow around the masked clip using the glow track in the Track Motion properties.
