The answer is yes as it has been demonstrated at NAB 2011 and the recent Broadcast Asia 2011 with both MacBook Pro and iMac with Thunderbolt.

I was dead keen on the camera for ages. Then the constant delays, lack of buzz, the quirky (albeit innovative) design, lack of codec support from Adobe, lack of promotion, information.... all of it killed it for me.

nope no ND glass filter - its an option. we didnt get but saw a few models during broadcast asia - yep a bit milky - but we were viewing it at the exhibit floor which had strong white lights - cant really judge the full effect.

Konoa and Digital Voodoo are doing the same thing. I actually saw a Konoa HD card running at Broadcast Asia 2002. But being more of an AE guy than anything else, I'm not that keen on rendering more pixels to get the 'same' image out. ;-)
