By far the easiest solution would be our Assemble Captions workflow:

I'm outputting 24 fps subtititles from MacCaption that are going out of sync when authored (subtitles are late at the end) to Blu-ray. I've checked the exported time codes in Textedit and they are nailed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
