I tend to agree. Smoke doesn't utilise the GPU nearly as efficiently as CS6 does. A really good AMD card should be fine in most workflows. Cheers.

I've heard the Quadro series of cards don't make that much of an improvement, and that more cores and RAM is what helps the most for speed. At least that is what our reseller told me. I haven't had time to test it out yet.
