Basically they're EOL (end of life) their current products so it seems. Unfortunately this is not uncommon.
Think of how Serious Magic / Adobe Ultra users felt when they were shut down (activation ended I believe).

Actually 30p means 30 frames per second progressive and has nothing to do with the shutter speed. You should be able to shorten the shutter speed in the camera menu to avoid blury edges on fast moving objects. And yes interlaced video doesn't key wel | | | | |

I don't think Adobe has made its plans public on this front...I would say that it would fit nicely into PPro, which at the moment has rudimentary keying capabilities. The preview function would also be handy in OnLocation...

I believe Ultra SC3 will work with Vista. The original Serious Magic Ultra 2 will not work with Vista.

No, the Adobe Master Sets libraries do not work with Vegas. They only work with the Adobe Ultra software. You can use the output of Adobe Ultra in Vegas, but you can't use the master sets directly.~jr
