As David said, scale is a good starting point... which is gonna be roughly $500/day.
We've paid actors plenty less than that... sometimes as little as $150 if only needed a couple of hours and didn't require any heavy-duty acting. We've also spent as much as $2K a day when a very specific actor was needed.
If you put out casting calls, if you can offer at least $300/day you will get a
lot more submissions, and that's about the point where agencies start getting interested... and your better actors will all have agencies.
But yes, the range is very wide.
