True for the most part, however, that could easily change in a hurry if you answer the immigration man incorrectly when he asks if you're here on business or pleasure. Always tell them you're here on pleasure, and make a joke about it. The last time I went to a foreign country to work on a friend's project, the immigration man there asked, "Here on business or pleasure?" I responded, "pleasure." He then asked, "and exactly what are you going to do while you're here?" I said, "I plan to drink your beer and have my way with all your women." He asked if he could come along and then he stamped my passport and sent me on my way. Works every time...
