I like the idea, haha. However, like Noah says, raising $100 would be hard enough, raising 350,000....that'd be a massive workout. Its possible, like you said, if they tell there friends, and tell there friends. I assure you, someone will raise the money to make a film that way, it's a good idea and I can see it working. I'm pretty sure people wont be afraid to donate $1, even to a no name director. Its easy enough to give away one buck and know its lost.
(except to those damn candy vending machienes that steal your money....those bastards!)

That, is just a lotta work, haha. But i can see it being easy with a website (since it can reach a whole lot more people than word of mouth) I'll think about it.

I defiantly should make a short though, if not to help sell the idea, at least to help me jump into the world of directing prepared.

Thanks though Mark, I think I'll make a section of the web page for that and see how it goes.
