Best HD Camera under $5k

Just wondering if anyone out there has a suggestion on the best HD camera in the pro-sumer range for under 5k. We currently shoot on Sony XDCam cameras with 1/2" chips and are hoping to find something that may match up in quality. Any thoughts on the Canon XH-A1?
