Thanks Mark, appreciate the advice.

But about the rotation, I'm not really following you - use motion tab to rotate the outgoing 20 frames, say to 90 degrees, and rotate the incoming 20 frames -90, right back? There is still a slight jump (even though the frame is on it's side.)

Or was there an effect/transition that I would do it through?

Oh, I realized that I didn't specify I was using FCP, if that matters...
