Hi,

When you mean you don't want to use Excel do you mean you don't want to have to buy loads of licenses?

Because there is Open Office and that includes a decent spreadsheet and it is free. Just visit www.openoffice.org and have a browse.

Depending on your needs you could use something like a google calender. That sometimes is easier because if people view it online any updates you made will be immediately available as opposed to ensuring that everyone has an updated file whenever changes are made.

Or go to www.download.com, a website run by Cnet and you can search through various freeware, shareware and purchaseable software that may meet your needs.

There are some options for you.
