Thanks for the feedback. Can FCP take in an AFF file that would recognize the TC stored with the file? So, I'd like to digitize a TC DAT into the FCP or other Mac software, and write it as an AFF format. Wouldn't the TC stay embedded in that file format?
I know most editors take the tape in already synced, but we do the sync here and I want to do that inside the FCP after I've digitized the film in. Does that make sense?
