Downloaded 9.1 and it won't let me open

Downloaded 9.1 and it won't let me open

Haven't updated in a while. Downloaded 9.1 so I could monitor externally on Adobe Premiere 5.5. Restarted and tried to launch AJA control panel
and it just gives me an error message. Matter of fact when I try and open anything AJA it gives me an error message.
Any help would be appreciated.
