Re: FCP General Error (88)

Thanks, John. I too have gotten general errors many times over the years, but not so much in the past few years and I don't recall specifically getting error 88 before so that's what I searched for.

Thanks for the good workaround suggestion ... I got a couple others in the FCP forum too.

I think Apple eventually will drop Final Cut development since the company clearly doesn't need it any more, but I hope it doesn't happen any time soon. I'm glad others are starting to discuss the possibility though ... hopefully plausible next steps will follow.
