Thanks for the suggestion. In the past AJA has not been to helpful since they didn't originally make the drivers for the card. I have emailed Black Magic, as they are provider of the software, and I got what sounded like an inexperienced answer, and not a promising answer to my question.
As I said, some older posts here have asked this same question. I'm hoping a similarly geared shop can tell me that all is fine and working well together.
