Kona 3 DPX workflow
by Dado Valentic on Jun 16, 2009 at 7:08:59 pm

I have just performed small test trying to figure out the best workflow.
I took Quick Time AJA 10bit RGB and converted it to DPX using QTtoDPX tool. Then I used the same DPX to create AJA 10bit RGB full range with DPXtoQT and I got different resulting image.
My original AJA RGB file looks different to AJA RGB created through roundtrip. My blacks and whites have shifted.
Anyone has any clue why this might be happeneing?

Thanks
