[Nigel Thompson] "Realtime RED Raw support, (maybe with a new board AJA Red ooooo) or Kona 4 or something"

Realtime RAW RED support would be on Apple and this was something I asked the RED team about two years ago. I was told it could never happen because of the way FCP is wholly built around Quicktime.

Of course, that was two years ago. Whether they've been able to come up with something in the meantime, I'm not sure, but that's what I was told by their team at NAB the last time I was there.
