Kona LSe unable to recognize PAL Digibeta using version 6.1

I recently had a Sony DVW-500P connected to a Kona LSe card. I was originally running on the 5.1 NDD driver version when this deck was installed. I experienced problems getting embedded SDI audio in and out of the deck to the MacPro. Thus, I installed the latest version of the driver (6.1).

Upon installing this driver, embedded SDI audio now functions but I am unable to ingest from the deck. FCP only recognizes the input signal from the deck when the capture setting is set to an NTSC preset, but the deck and tapes are all PAL. I can also see that while the video input signal is stable, I am losing the 96 lower lines of resolution and do not get any audio signals on the input. I did not have problems getting a stable video signal on the PAL presets when I was using the 5.1 NDD driver. Unfortunately, I need SDI embedded audio, otherwise, I would have downgraded to it immediately.
