Is it still not possible to get both shake and fcp run on same drivers on leopard?

Anybody know if there is any plans of update on Aja kona lhe drivers, so you can use it with shake and fcp on the same drivers? Since i updated to leopard only shake worked but not final cut. Then when they updated the 5.1 NDD wich removes removes the Macintosh Desktop Display feature. THen my final cut start working again but obvios not shake or have I missed something? I'm certanly hope so!!
