Urgent: Downconverting from HDV to Digi Beta - Kona 2

Hi, I am doing tests right now from my downconvert from 1080 60i sequence to my Digi Beta deck. The settings I have in Kona 2 CP are:
Primary setting: 1080 29.97
secondary setting: 525 29.97
Downconvert: anamorphic
Then my SDI out is through the primary. Everything works no problem, but I am losing MAJOR Quality on the downconvert. I am monitoring it through a Panasonic BT-LH1700 as well as a Sony Bravia monitor and both share the same results when on the 480i output. This needs to be mastered today, I'm worried about the quality, can someone guide me through this safely. Thanks a bunch
