Thanks for your response.
I am still a little bit confused.
I will connect 1 cable from the GEN10 (SD sync) to LHe Ref Loop IN
I will connect 1 cable from the GEN 10 (SD syn) to the DVW-A500 Ref IN
is this correct cabling-wise.
Also you said:
"Set the dbeta deck (OUT REF option) to EXT and be sure to take it out of EE and put it in PB"
On the DVW-A500 There is a switch labelled "OUT REF" beneath it there are the options "input video" & "ref" you are saying put it onto "ref"??
Finally what is meant by "take it out of EE and put it into PB"
Sorry for all the questions. I have worked in plenty of edit suites with a similar configuration, but I have never had to properly set up the Ref myself, and I want to make sure I do it correctly.
