Edit To Tape - Video Not Working

In FCP, I can work and see all my video on the broadcast monitor. When i try Edit to Tape, the signal going to my Digibeta has either noise or a black screen. Audio works fine. The signal is sent SDI to the digibeta.
I checked all the cables, checked my sequence settings, shut down everything and restarted, etc. but nothing seems to solve the problem.
This particular sequence I'm trying to ETT has worked before on this system, so I have no idea why it is no longer working correctly.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
