Capturing 720x406 w/ Kona LH and FCP

Hey,
We have a facility requesting quicktimes at 23.98 photo-JPEG 720x405. We are coming out an an Avid HD-SDI and going through a Kona LH card into Final Cut Pro 6.0.2, and are inputing 1080sf23.98 . After playing around with some settings in the final cut capture presets, we were able to capture 23.98 photo-JPEGs at 1920x1080. I tried altering the fame size but that didn't change anything. We also tried starting with 525i23.98, but were getting interlaced frames, which we need to avoid. Having the files as photo-JPEG would be great, but it is not essential. Being able to capture at the proper frame rate and size, however, is. Do you have any ideas for how we can capture media to these specifications?
Thank you again for your help, and anything you can tell us would be great. If there's anything I can clarify, let me know.
Best,
Nolan
