I know this seems stupid, but AJA will probably suggest this, so you might as well do it now. Uninstall your AJA drivers, reboot, and reinstall your AJA drivers, and try it all over again. This will probabably do nothing, but it will not be good if you get the new K3 box and cables, and it does the same thing.
