Why won't FCP see my component Z1U input?

I have been sitting here for more than an hour trying to find the correct settings for importing 1080i60i component video from a Z1U through the Kona Lhe into my sequence in Final Cut Pro using log and capture.

I am shooting a greenscreen and feeding directly out of the camera (not recording to tape).

Here are my current settings. Can anyone tell me why I have not seen any video as of yet?

SONY Z1U
Format set to "HDV1080i 60i." Using component out cables. No firewire, composite or audio cables are connected.

KONA LHE
Video Input: Analog (Analog Format: COMPONENT (SMPTE/EBU N10)
Audio Input: Analog
Primary Format: 1080i29.97 Secondary is the same.
SDI and Analog Outputs are all set to 1080i29.97
Control is set to "Input Passthrough" (No video passing through so far!)

FINAL CUT PRO
Sequence setup is "AJA Kona LH: 1080i 29.97 Apple ProRes 422(HQ)" Log and Capture is exactly the same. Control is set to "Non-controllable device."

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
