David,

I'm having the same issues but haven't gotten a resolution yet. I spoke to Kona support, and they reffered me to Apple... no solution. What was the firmware update called? Who did you speak with at AJA to get the right firmware?

Any help would be appreciated... client coming in next week!!!!
