quick thought:
have you checked the canvas/viewer settings in their respected windows,
meaning: size set to: fit to window, display rgb (not rgb+alpha or alpha)

I just read a post in another forum where somebody was talking about having problems, and this was the cause (not in connection with an Igniter board)

anyway just another thought
