ALright. That probably means that one of your picture files went corrupt somewhere.

Try this.

Quit FCP and navigate to your FCP documents folder on your scratch disk. Throw away any of the files in the render files folder that pertain to your project (there'll be a folder named exactly the same as your project, throw away all the files in that project named FOLDER).

Also, trash your thumbnail and waveform cache files which also resides in your FCP Documents folder.

Launch FCP and try again.
