Tim,
Your best bet is to have the client purchase and install MacDrive on their PC, which will allow you to copy files to any drive formatted as Mac Extended, without any concern for the 2Gb file size limitation that FAT 32 brings into play, while allowing the client to access, read, and write files on that drive seamlessly. It's well worth the $49.00 cost.
