Michelle,
Assuming your grabs are clean without a lot of edge artifacts, the best thing you can do is blow them up using PhotoZoomPro. Blow them up to at least your frame size or bigger if you want to move on them. This does not scale, it creates new pixels, it is truly amazing and I use it all the time for exactly this.
Alternatively you can just use them small, depends on your design.
