They shot all those formats on the same tape? Ugh. Then FCP is capturing them all at 60fps or whatever setting you started with (perhaps 23.98?). I have had instances where the DP shot 720p60 and 720p24 on the same tape...and what I had to do was do a CAPTURE NOW and when the frame rate changed, capture would stop due to a change in "cadence." So I would adjust my Easy Setup to match and then capture now again.

But 48fps? Never had to deal with that.
