Turn off "out of sync" indicators?

Does anyone know a way to suppress the display of the "out of sync" red indicators on the clips?
I slide a lot of audio around in my doc editing and it gets quite visually tiring sometimes staring at clips which all have these glaring red indicators on them.
Sometimes its useful information but I'd like to be able to turn it off...
thx
