Moving QT files from a Mac to a Windows machine?
by Martin Gaxiola on May 23, 2008 at 5:15:55 am

I know that this question may be pretty rudimentary, but I am a recent Mac convert. I need to transfer some QT video files (10GB each) to a colleague of mine who uses Windows XP. I am trying to figure out how to best transfer the raw file to him.

I have a portable hard drive that I can format/reformat as needed to get job done. I currently have it formated as Mac Journaled but his Windows computer could not read the drive (naturally). Is there a hard drive format that allow me to copy the QT files from my Mac to the drive, to succesfully connect the hard drive to the Windows machine and copy the files over?

Or is there a better way to do this?

Thanks!!
