Just have a few things to clarify...
When your referring to the line reaching the border of the circle in the vectorscope:

You mean the white lines that appear to be bordering right on the 100 radius (near [R]) ? If so then it would appear my reds are exceeding the legal chroma limit ?
So in that image my reds are still non-broadcast safe looking at the vectorscope?
If so - how should I adjust them to bring them down? as I have already applied Broadcast safe/RGB limiting to that footage..
