Tips on editing Promo "Music'' Video

hey all,

i recently edited a 2 hour 3 cam set-up music gig,

now i got timecodes, off the singer for diffrent parts of the video, i now must edit the timecodes into a 15 min vid,

What i want to know is, whats the best way be mix the audio together cause i have to cut between song before they finish.

i want to make the cut see seemless,
