There's no need to do the downconverting in FCP. Export a HD QT file and take it directly to DVD Studio Pro.
Also, I'd suggest authoring this in 16x9. When viewed on a 4x3 TV, the DVD Player will automatically do the letterboxing.
I tried this and the end result looked bad. Lots of jaggies in the movement. I have been at this for hours and cant get anything usable. HELP!!!
