RTX200H-QR by Wiebe Tech looks interesting to me. Plenty of interface choices. I thought people were using one of their RAID 1 products pretty regularly in field for Panasonic P2.

Run it at RAID 1. Pop out the bare drive and put it on the shelf in one of their $5 boxes. You don't have to use their drives. You might call 'em and see if they have a better reco.
