Sequence Settings for DV footage with Motion content
by

Hello,
I am trying to find out what would be best for is for my situation. I am shooting DV and adding bottom third and full screen graphics that I created in Motion 2 and import as a template into Final Cut 6.
My final output is DVD, but when I output DV/DVCPro NTSC to a QT movie or through compressor to mpeg2, the motion content looks like junk! I tried to output using the animation codec, which makes my motion files look great, but it takes forever! I know that my footage, sequence settings and output settings should match, but I'm not sure what the best course of action is for mixing DV footage with Motion content. Any help would be appreciated!
