FCP audio recording
by samson508 on Jan 4, 2008 at 7:24:51 am

Hi. I need some help on FCP integrating with the Tascam US-122L.

I bought the Tascam recently to use as an audio recording input for my MAC. I am hoping to record the voiceover directly within FCP using its voiceover tool.

However, when I set my audio input to US-122L(within the FCP voiceover tool), there is a error message that says it is either disconnected or conflicting with the video output. I checked my connections and they are fine. I disabled the video output but the problem is still there.

Has anyone tried to use them together and know of a solution to this problem? Also, are there any USB mics that will enable me to record within FCP itself?
