How do I capture analog audio into FCP?

I'm trying to capture analog audio from a minidisc deck, through a KonaLS card and into FCP. I have so far managed to be able to hear the music coming into FCP and it can record in voiceover but it is currently only a mono track and limited in length. Is there a way I can use the log and capture tool to only capture audio?

I have unticked "video" in the clip settings and set the device control to "non controllable device" and the preview window says "video disabled audio capture only". But when I hit capture now, an error comes up telling me it can't capture as there is no video?

Can anyone tell me what I need to do?
