Yes. I'm actually changing both the in and out points on each sequence to tighten it up. However, the transition that I'm adding is a Digital Juice Swipe movie file that is laid on the track above both sequences. It has an alpha channel and one frame that is full screen to cover the cut.

I can't figure out why it's doing this.
