[Shane Ross] "BUT, we did shoot DVCPRO HD with the Varicam and have many MANY sources on VHS, DV and BetaSP. We are capturing everything as DVCPRO HD and working there. OUr finished product will be D5, so we'll output via a Kona 3 to that format."

I got you beat Shane. HDV 1080i/50, DV NTSC, DV PAL, DVCPro HD 720/50, BetaSP, DigiBeta and DVD. All compiled together in a 1080i/50 DVCPro HD timeline for master to my AJ-1200A at 1080i/50.

Talk about frame rate issues, it made my head spin. Graeme's Standards Converter was a heavy player in that episode and I used Shake for the first time to make one final conversion that completely saved our closing Standup.

May none of you ever have to deal with that many frame rate / conversion issues in one project. All I can say is God Bless AJA and Graeme Nattress! :-)
