dupplicated frames after importing in FCP

Hi,

I got problem with some HD footage (1080p25, Photo-JPEG90%).

When I import the footage and place it in the tieline randomly every 5-9 frame is duplicated. Thinking of frames in numbers it would look like: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 11, 13, ...

Nothing is to render in the timeline, the line is grey.
When I view the footage in a quicktime player everything is alright. Every frame is OK.

Any sugestions?

System:
FCP 5.1.2
QT 7.1.3
OS X 10.4.8
Quad Xeon 2,66
2GB RAM
