I'm not going to be hard on the software but I think it's far from flawless. I use it everyday too and there's not a day when I have to create a work around for something. Like when exporting a movie using QT conversion ( because compressor can't connect to background process/ I had it working for a week and stopped.) FCP will say that the movie isn't rendered when it is clearly rendered.
I wish it was a little more solid.
I do love the program.
